Driver Policy

Effective date: 5 September 2025

This Driver Policy (“Policy”) is issued by EfficaTech Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of the Taxi Global App, with registered office at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801. It sets forth the rules and obligations that all drivers using the Taxi Global App (“Drivers”) must follow. Compliance with this Policy is mandatory. Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent deactivation of your account.

 

  1. Eligibility and account integrity

1.1 Only licensed professional taxi drivers or licensed taxi operators may register as Drivers. You must hold all required permits, licenses, and certifications as defined by local law.

1.2 You must submit and maintain accurate, valid, and up-to-date information, including government ID, taxi license, insurance, vehicle registration, and inspection certificates.

1.3 You are solely responsible for your account. Do not share access with others. Misuse of your account may result in immediate suspension.

 

  1. Vehicle standards

2.1 Vehicles must comply with local taxi regulations and must be safe, roadworthy, and clean at all times.

2.2 Required documentation (registration, insurance, inspection certificates) must be current and available for inspection.

2.3 Any modification to your vehicle that impacts safety or compliance must be reported and approved if required by law.

 

  1. Professional conduct

3.1 You must treat all riders with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.

3.2 Discrimination, harassment, violence, or abusive behavior toward riders, other drivers, or staff is strictly prohibited.

3.3 You must comply with local laws, including road traffic rules, taxi regulations, and accessibility obligations.

3.4 You must not operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that impair your ability to drive.

3.5 You must follow lawful and safe routes, use taximeters where required, and respect tariff rules.

 

  1. Ride acceptance and cancellations

4.1 Accept only ride requests dispatched through the App. Soliciting or arranging rides outside the App undermines trust and may result in deactivation.

4.2 Do not refuse riders on unlawful or discriminatory grounds. Accept all riders unless safety or legal requirements dictate otherwise.

4.3 Cancelling rides without valid reason disrupts service quality. Excessive or fraudulent cancellations will be investigated.

 

  1. Rider safety and comfort

5.1 Ensure the vehicle interior is clean and comfortable. Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is prohibited unless local law expressly permits and the rider consents.

5.2 Riders must wear seat belts. Child seat requirements must be followed according to law. Refusal is permitted if a rider cannot provide required child restraints and the law does not allow exceptions.

5.3 Respect rider privacy. Conversations should be polite and professional. Do not request personal information or contact riders outside the App.

5.4 Handle lost property responsibly. Report items left in the vehicle through the App or to customer support.

 

  1. Payments and fees

6.1 All fares must comply with local tariffs and regulations. Use the taximeter where required.

6.2 Riders may pay via App or cash where permitted. You must issue receipts where legally required.

6.3 Do not demand additional charges outside of the approved fare. Tolls, surcharges, and extras must be handled according to tariff rules and App policies.

6.4 You are responsible for paying any taxes on earnings as required by your jurisdiction.

 

  1. Technology and App use

7.1 Keep your device charged, connected, and updated to ensure reliable service.

7.2 Do not manipulate the App (e.g., falsifying GPS, using unauthorized software, interfering with dispatch logic).

7.3 Communicate with riders only through the App unless necessary for pickup coordination.

 

  1. Incident reporting

8.1 Report any accident, incident, or dispute promptly through the App or to support@taxiglobalapp.com.

8.2 Follow insurance and regulatory reporting requirements.

8.3 Cooperate with investigations by our support team, insurers, or regulatory authorities.

 

  1. Account review and suspension

9.1 We may suspend or deactivate accounts for violations of this Policy, Terms of Service, or local law.

9.2 Complaints, poor ratings, repeated cancellations, fraudulent conduct, or safety violations may trigger review.

9.3 You will be notified of suspension decisions. In some cases, you may appeal by submitting evidence within 14 days.

 

  1. Data and privacy

10.1 You consent to sharing certain data with riders, regulators, and our support team (e.g., name, license number, vehicle details).

10.2 You must not misuse personal data of riders obtained through the App. Any data misuse is grounds for immediate deactivation.

 

  1. Amendments

We may amend this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
