Terms of Service

Effective date: 5 September 2025

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and the entity identified below. They govern access to and use of the Taxi Global App websites, mobile applications, software, and related services.

Contracting entity: EfficaTech Solutions LLC with registered office at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801m United States, contact email support@taxiglobal.app. References to Taxi Global App, we, us, or our mean this entity.

By creating an account, using the App, or requesting or providing a ride, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

  1. Eligibility and accounts

1.1 You must be at least the age of majority in your country to create an account. Minors are not permitted to register or ride without a responsible adult unless local law expressly allows otherwise.

1.2 Riders and drivers must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

1.3 You must keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use or security incident.

1.4 We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts to protect users, comply with law, or for any breach of these Terms.

  1. Nature of the service

2.1 Taxi Global App is a technology platform that connects riders with licensed professional taxi drivers or licensed taxi operators. We do not provide transportation services, and we are not a transportation carrier. All rides are provided by independent licensed drivers or licensed taxi companies.

2.2 Drivers are not employees of Taxi Global App. Drivers act as independent professionals or on behalf of licensed taxi operators and are solely responsible for their vehicles, equipment, permits, licenses, insurance, conduct, and compliance with law.

2.3 Availability of the Service varies by city. Features and options may differ based on local law and taxi regulations.

  1. Driver verification and compliance

3.1 Only licensed professional taxi drivers may use the driver portion of the App. To activate a driver account, you must provide the following, as applicable in your jurisdiction: a valid taxi driver license, government-issued identification, proof of affiliation with a licensed taxi operator if required, proof of vehicle registration, proof of insurance, a vehicle inspection certificate where required, and any other documents requested by us or regulators.

3.2 You authorize us to validate submitted information with regulators, insurers, and third-party verification providers. We may require periodic resubmission, and we may suspend access if any document expires or is invalid.

3.3 Drivers must comply with all taxi tariffs, meter rules, signage, zone rules, accessibility obligations, child seat laws, and any other local requirements.

  1. Booking, dispatch, and ride process

4.1 A rider may request a taxi by specifying pickup location, destination, and any options offered in the App. The App may display an estimated arrival time and an upfront price or price range when supported by local regulation.

4.2 A request is an invitation to drivers. When a licensed driver accepts, a contract for carriage is formed between the rider and the driver or the driver’s licensed operator. Taxi Global App is not a party to that contract.

4.3 The App provides live vehicle tracking and status updates. Times are estimates and may change due to traffic, weather, and other factors.

4.4 Riders must be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time. Drivers may call or message to coordinate. If the rider is not present after a reasonable waiting period defined in the Fee Schedule, the driver may mark the ride as a no-show.

4.5 Drivers must use safe and lawful routes. Where required, drivers must use a taximeter. Where upfront pricing is permitted, the App may display the price before the ride begins.

4.6 Unaccompanied minors are not permitted unless expressly allowed by local law and by the relevant taxi regulation. Drivers may refuse transport of minors who are not accompanied by a responsible adult where required.

  1. Pricing, fees, and payments

5.1 Fares. The amount a rider pays for a ride is determined by the applicable taxi tariff, the taximeter where required, or by an upfront price shown in the App where permitted by law. Taxes, tolls, airport fees, and government surcharges may apply.

5.2 Service model. At this time, Taxi Global App does not take a commission on ride fares. All ride earnings are for the driver or the driver’s licensed operator. We may charge a fixed technology access fee or a subscription for drivers to use the platform. Any change to this model will be communicated in advance in accordance with Section 18.

5.3 Payments. Payment methods may include card, digital wallet, or cash, where allowed. Where in-app payment is used, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected method for fares, fees, tips, adjustments, and applicable taxes.

5.4 Receipts. After each ride, an electronic receipt will be available in the App showing the fare, fees, taxes, and the driver or operator details.

5.5 Tips. Riders may tip drivers in cash or through the App, where available. Tips are passed through to the driver or the driver’s operator.

5.6 Adjustments. We may adjust amounts to correct errors, address fraud, apply promotions, or resolve disputes. Adjustments will be shown in the receipt or account history.

  1. Cancellation and no show

6.1 Rider may cancel a request at any time before pickup. A cancellation fee may apply once a driver has accepted and is on the way. The applicable rules and fees are set out in the Fee Schedule. Local taxi rules may override this policy.

6.2 If a rider is not present at pickup within the waiting time, the driver may mark a no-show. A no-show fee may apply as set in the Fee Schedule.

6.3 Drivers may cancel if the rider is not fit for transport, requests an unlawful destination, lacks required child seats, has excess luggage, or for safety reasons. In such cases, a cancellation or no-show fee may still apply.

  1. Safety and conduct

7.1 Zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs. Drivers must not operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that impairs driving.

7.2 Seat belts and child restraints. Riders must use seat belts. Riders are responsible for providing compliant child seats where required by law unless the local taxi regulation provides otherwise.

7.3 Prohibited conduct. The following are not allowed: violence or threatening behavior, harassment, discrimination, possession of illegal substances, open containers of alcohol where prohibited, weapons where prohibited by law, smoking or vaping where prohibited, damage to vehicles, and use of the App for unlawful purposes.

7.4 Emergency and incidents. The App is not an emergency service. In case of danger, call the local emergency number. Accidents and serious incidents must be reported to us and to the relevant authorities as required by law. Drivers must follow insurance and regulatory reporting rules.

7.5 Lost property. Items left in a vehicle are the responsibility of the rider. We may assist in connecting riders and drivers. We do not accept liability for lost items. A reasonable fee for the delivery of a found item may apply.

  1. Ratings, reviews, and user content

8.1 Riders and drivers may rate each other after a trip. Ratings help maintain quality and safety.

8.2 You must provide honest and respectful feedback. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

8.3 We may use, store, copy, and display your feedback for Service improvement and marketing, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Drivers and vehicle standards

9.1 Vehicle must be roadworthy, clean, and compliant with all local taxi requirements. Drivers must keep vehicles maintained and insured.

9.2 Professional standards apply at all times. Drivers must be courteous, avoid unsafe driving, and follow reasonable rider requests that are lawful and safe.

9.3 Accessibility. Where wheelchair accessible vehicles are available or required, drivers must comply with accessibility laws and must not refuse service to riders with disabilities or assistance animals unless a specific legal exemption applies.

  1. Intellectual property

10.1 The App and all content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

12.2 Data may be processed by third parties in other countries. We implement appropriate safeguards as required by law.

  1. Devices and network

13.1 You are responsible for obtaining compatible devices and network access. Your mobile network provider may charge data and messaging fees.

13.2 Certain features require enabling location services, notifications, Bluetooth, and camera access. If disabled, the Service may not function properly.

  1. Service changes and beta features

14.1 We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will try to give notice of material changes that negatively affect you where practicable.

14.2 We may offer beta or early access features. They are provided as is and may be withdrawn at any time.

  1. Suspension and termination

15.1 We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if you engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct, if your required documents expire or are invalid, or if required by law or a regulator.

15.2 You may delete your account at any time. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

  1. Disclaimers

16.1 The Service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

16.2 We do not control the conduct of riders or drivers. We disclaim responsibility for acts or omissions of users to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

  1. Limitation of liability

17.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

17.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to us for Service fees in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred United States dollars.

17.3 The limitations in this Section do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law, or to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

  1. Changes to these Terms

18.1 We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms in the App and on the website and will update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the App, email, or by other suitable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.

19.2 Informal resolution. Contact support to try to resolve any dispute within thirty days.

19.3 Arbitration. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be finally settled by binding arbitration conducted by a recognized arbitration institution under its rules. The language will be English. You and we waive any right to a trial by jury where such waiver is permitted by law.

19.4 Class action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class action.

19.5 Injunctive relief. Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

20.1 If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have statutory rights that cannot be waived. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

20.2 Right of withdrawal does not apply to transport services for a specific date or period once the service has been fully performed or has begun with your consent, where applicable law provides an exception.

22.3 No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

22.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

22.5 Language. Where we provide a translation, the English version controls if there is a conflict, unless local law requires otherwise.
