This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use our websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

- Account data: name, email address, phone number, profile photo, password, preferred language, payment method, billing details.
- Driver data: driver’s license, taxi license number, vehicle registration, insurance documents, operator affiliation, profile picture, banking details for payouts.
- Support requests: messages, attachments, and other details you share when contacting customer support.
1.2 Information we collect automatically
- Location data: precise geolocation of riders and drivers during trips; approximate location when the app runs in the background (with your permission).
- Device data: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, device identifiers, crash reports.
- Usage data: search queries, clicks, pages viewed, trip history, in-app interactions, and communication with drivers or riders.
1.3 Information from third parties
- Verification providers: background checks, license validation, identity checks.
- Payment processors: confirmation of successful or failed payments.
- Regulators and authorities: compliance data, license confirmations.
- Marketing partners: limited identifiers for attribution and analytics.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Services.
- To match riders with available drivers.
- To process payments and issue receipts.
- To verify driver identity, license validity, and vehicle compliance.
- To ensure rider and driver safety and to monitor compliance with the law.

- With affiliates or successors: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal data.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above:
- Rider trip records: typically 7 years to comply with tax and regulatory obligations.
- Driver compliance documents: while active and for up to 7 years after deactivation.
- Payment and billing data: as required by financial and tax laws.
- Support communications: up to 3 years, unless needed for disputes or investigations.
When data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, secure data centers, and regular security testing. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the Services at your own risk.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version in the App and on the website, update the effective date, and where changes are material, we will notify you through email, push notification, or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
